How to Submit a Support Ticket

If there is anything you need help with and we don't have a Help Center Article for your question, please feel free to submit a support ticket within your Resova account dashboard.

  • Log into your Resova account
  • Hover over the "?" button at the bottom-right corner of the page
  • Click on the "Submit ticket" mail button that pops up
  • Type in your question and press Enter
  • A list of Help Center Articles will appear
  • If you need further help, click on the "Leave us a message" button
  • Enter your Name, Email address, and Request Type 
  • Type out your request, and attach any important files
  • Click "Send" and you will see the "Thanks for reaching out" message
