- Log into your Resova account
- Hover over the "?" button at the bottom-right corner of the page
- Click on the "Submit ticket" mail button that pops up
- Type in your question and press Enter
- A list of Help Center Articles will appear
- If you need further help, click on the "Leave us a message" button
- Enter your Name, Email address, and Request Type
- Type out your request, and attach any important files
- Click "Send" and you will see the "Thanks for reaching out" message
