Due to unforeseen circumstances, payments may fail and your account may become overdue. This could be that your bank has declined your payment or your credit card has expired.
If your payment fails
If payments for your subscription fail, you will be notified in two ways:
- A “payment failed” message will appear at the top in your account
- You will also be notified by email that your payment has failed
We understand that these things can happen. We will grant a grace period of 72 hours to give you plenty of time to log into your account and add a new credit card.
If your account is overdue
We will keep trying to take payments on any existing cards over the 72-hour period and we will email you once a day if the payment continues to fail.
Once the payment has been taken, your account will no longer display the “payment failed” message, and payments on your account will be up to date.
