Configuring Tickets and Pricing for Items

You can provide different Ticket Types to your customers when booking. This will allow them to purchase different levels of tickets such as adults, children, students, and more.

Configuring Ticket Types

  1. On the left side menu, click on 'Inventory', then 'Items'.
  2. On the item you wish to edit, click on 'Manage Item'.
  3. Under 'Capacity and Pricing' select 'Tickets and Pricing'.

There are two different Pricing Types

  • Per ticket pricing (amount per person that guests will pay when booking this item)
  • Per booking pricing (total amount that guests will pay when booking this item)

Then configure the pricing options

  • Type (such as adult, child, student, etc.)
  • Min Qty P/B (minimum quantity that must be booked per booking, for a category)
  • Max Qty P/B (maximum quantity that must be booked per booking, for a category)
  • Default Quantity (the quantity set on availability on the booking site)
  • Price P/T (the price per ticket) or Total Booking Price (price for the booking)
  • Visible to the Public (Ticket Types can be hidden from the public if you wish to have tickets for special cases)

You can create multiple ticket types by clicking on 'Create new ticket type'. Repeat the above process for each ticket type you wish to add.

To delete Ticket Types, click on the red trash icon next to the Ticket Type.
