Managing pricing on items

Define pricing for your items and services in multiple ways including:

• Fixed/Total amount pricing per each booking
• Price per person (available when capacity options are activated)

To define pricing for items and services, from the items page, hover over the item you would like to manage and select the "Manage Item" button. Click "Capacity & Pricing" in the settings menu on the left.

Items with total/fixed amount pricing

Set the pricing type option to "Total amount pricing" and enter a total amount that customers will pay when booking this item.

Items with per person pricing

Set the pricing type option to "Per person pricing" and enter an amount per person that customers will pay when booking this item.

If you have activated ticket categories on items, you must enter a price per ticket for each category.
