Applying closed periods to items

Create and manage multiple default closing periods for when items are not available to be booked by both customers and users.

To create and manage closed periods for items, from the items page, hover over the item you would like to manage and select the "Manage Item" button. Click "Closed Periods" in the settings menu on the left.


Select the "Create Closed Period" list item to apply a new closed period or click the list item of an existing closed period to manage that period. Enter a title for closed periods, for example "Closed for Holidays". Choose when closed periods take effect between selected dates and times.


Note: Closed periods can be created, edited and removed from team calendar.
