Creating additional schedules for items

Create additional schedules for items different from your default schedule in between selected dates.

To create and manage additional schedules, from the items page, hover over the item you would like to manage and select the "Manage Item" button. Click "Schedules" in the settings menu on the left.


Select the "Create Additional Schedule" list item to create additional schedules, or click the list item of an existing additional schedule to manage that schedule.


You can also duplicate existing additional schedules by selecting the gear icon on the list item of the schedule you want to duplicate, then clicking "Duplicate Additional Schedule".


When you have created or selected an existing additional schedule, enter or manage a title and a “from” and “to” date on the left hand side.


Create and manage time slots or available periods the same as you would when setting up default schedules.

Note: Existing bookings that have been made will not be affected, due to changes in any additional schedules. Bookings will need to be manually rescheduled from your admin calendar if necessary.
