Manage default general schedule settings for items including:
- Duration of all events
- Minimum and maximum booking in advance limits
To configure general settings for schedules on items, from the items page, hover over the item you would like to manage and select the "Manage Item" button.
Managing the duration of events
To manage the duration for events, click "Schedules" in the settings menu on the left.
Minimum and maximum booking in advance
To manage multiple booking in advance limits and maximum booking in advance limits, under 'Scheduling' in the settings menu to the left, select the"Advanced Settings" option.
Minimum booking in advance
Minimum booking in advance will only show availability after the minimum booking advance duration. Use this feature to avoid surprises when last minute bookings are made.
Maximum booking in advance
Maximum booking in advance can only allow customers to book availability a certain amount of time ahead. This is perfect if you do not want customers, for example, to book items too far ahead.
Note: Minimum and maximum booking in advance limits do not apply to the team calendar, allowing team members to make bookings last minute or as far ahead into the future.
