How Team Resources work

Resources are a person (team resources) that can help control availability for items when being booked by both customers and users.

Once resources are assigned and activated for an item, a person or object can be manually or automatically assigned to bookings. When staff resources or assets are preoccupied, these resources can no longer be booked at the same time, preventing double bookings.
