Customers and participants (if applicable) can be assigned or removed from bookings.
Note: Primary customers cannot be removed from transactions and bookings but can be changed or updated.
From the transaction or booking overview page/modal, select the "Customers" tab.
You will be presented with a list, including the primary customer and participants if participant settings are activated and applicable.
Note: If you are on transaction overviews, all participants assigned to all bookings in transactions, will be presented. If on booking overviews, only the participants assigned to bookings you are managing will show. Changing or editing primary customers on transactions
To change or edit primary customers, from the transaction or booking overview page/modal and on the customers tab, select the gear icon on the primary customer. From the dropdown menu, select the "Edit Customer" link.
Edit and complete all required fields. Changing the customer’s name or email will present you with other customers if they match the information you are typing. This is available for you to select to change the primary customer. To finish updating the primary customer, hit the "Save & Update" button.
Adding and removing participants on bookings
Note: Participants can only be assigned to bookings if participant settings are activated and applicable.
Adding participants to bookings
To add participants, from the transaction or booking overview page and on the customers tab, select the "Add Participant" option if available.
Assign an existing participant or complete all required fields in the form when prompted for new participants and hit the "Add Participant" button.
Editing and removing participants from bookings
To edit or remove participants, from the transaction or booking overview page on the customers tab, select the gear icon on the participant you want to manage. From the dropdown menu, select the "Edit participant" or "Remove participant" link.
Note: If managing participants from transaction overviews and if participants are assigned to multiple bookings in a transaction, the participant will be removed from all bookings in that transaction.
