Viewing recent cart abandonments

Quickly view all recent abandoned carts and the status of abandoned carts including:

  • Converted (the abandonment email has successfully completed a transaction)
  • Pending (the abandonment email has been sent)
  • Lost (the booking date/time has passed, or has been booked by someone else)

To view all abandoned carts, select "Marketing" and then "Cart Abandonment" from the main navigation.

Note: Cart abandonment is only available on our Pro and Premium plans. See all pricing plans that Resova has to offer. To see cart abandonments, you must first activate and configure cart abandonment emails.
