Reduce customer service volumes by allowing customers access their own portal to:
- Update/Edit bookings
- Reschedule bookings
- Cancel bookings
Note: This guide only applies when customer accounts are activated. Customers can only manage their bookings themselves if they have created an account.
To manage customer account options, select "Settings" and then "General Settings" from the main navigation. Select "Customer Accounts" in the settings menu on the left.
Allowing customers to update/reschedule bookings
Manage options to allow customers to edit and reschedule bookings from the rescheduling/update page in customer accounts.
Switch on the "Customers can reschedule/update bookings from their customer account" toggle to allow customers to reschedule and update bookings. Set the period of time that customers can reschedule and update bookings before the time of the booking/event.
Allowing customers to cancel bookings
Give customers the ability to cancel bookings from their customer account.
From the rescheduling/update page, select the "Cancellations" tab.
Switch on the "Customers can cancel bookings from their customer account" toggle, to allow customers to cancel bookings. Set the period of time that customers can cancel bookings before the time of the booking/event.
