For seasonal businesses that still require access to their data and configurations, can pause accounts for a small nominal fee per month.
To pause your account, click your avatar and name found in the bottom left-hand corner of your account underneath the main navigation. From the dropdown menu, select "Billing & Invoices".
On the billing page, click the "Pause/Cancel Account" button.
In the pop-up that appears, select the "Pause account" option to the left and then select "Next".
Details of the date your account will be paused from and what restrictions the paused account feature will appear. To confirm pausing your account, enter your password and select the "Next" button to complete pausing your account.
What happens after my account is paused?
Paused accounts will have the following access and restrictions:
- Data including customers, transactions and payments can still be viewed and exported.
- New bookings cannot be created from the booking site or manually created from team members.
- Existing transactions, bookings, customers and set up configurations cannot be updated.
