Connecting Google Tag Manager to Resova
- Select 'Integrations' from the main menu and then 'Marketing' from the settings menu.
- Click 'Google Tag Manager' and then 'Connect'.
- Enter your Google Tag Manager Container ID and hit the 'Connect Google Tag Manager' button.
Configuring Tags with Google Tag Manager
Tags are pieces of code that are created and available by third-party companies to help track data on your booking site with their service. See Google's guides to learn more about tags. The most common tags available for Resova are:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
- Google Analytics (retiring July 1, 2023)
- Facebook Pixel
- Custom HTML/JS
Configuring Triggers and Variables with Google Tag Manager
Set up triggers to fire the tags you have created in Google Tag Manager. For example, a trigger can be fired when customers have completed a transaction on the booking site. See Google's guide to learn more about triggers.

Deactivating Google Tag Manager
To deactivate Google Tag Manager in Resova, click the 'Status' button in the top right-hand corner. and then 'Deactivate Integration' from the dropdown.
