Activate payment links with payment gateways to include in confirmation emails, reminder emails and payment request emails sent to customers to pay online, if balances are due on transactions.
Note: A supported gateway must be activated to include payment links for customers to pay online.
To activate payment links, select "Settings" and then "General Settings" from the main navigation. Click "Payment Gateways" in the settings menu on the left.
Select your activated payment gateway, then activate the "Add payment links to all applicable emails if balances are due on transactions" option.
When the option is active, hit the "Save & Update" button.
