Booking sites may be unavailable for your customers to book online if:
- your booking site status is set to inactive
- there are no active items for customers to book
Inactive booking site
Please ensure that the status of your booking site is set to active and that you have not configured scheduled dates to automatically activate or deactivate your booking site. View our guide on activating and deactivating your booking site.
No active/booking items
Please check that you have activated a minimum of at least one item, 'hidden' items do not constitute as active items. View our guide on understanding and changing the status of items.
